Movie Cameos You Might’ve Missed Because the Actor Was Unrecognizable

Sometimes you miss celebrity cameos because the stars are completely unrecognizable.  Buzzfeed put together a list of them.  Here are the highlights . . .

1.  Glenn Close played the male pirate in “Hook” who got thrown into the “boo box” by Captain Hook.

2.  Matt Damon played a redneck in “Deadpool 2”.  He had four hours worth of prosthetic makeup done for just a few minutes of screen time.

3.  George Lucas was in “Star Wars: Episode 3 – Revenge of the Sith” covered in blue makeup as a diplomat at the high society event.

4.  Peter Billingsley played Ralphie in “A Christmas Story” then later played a worker elf in “Elf”.

5.  Michael J. Fox played most of his family in “Back to the Future Part 2”.  (This one was pretty obvious, though.)

6.  Stephen Colbert is such a “Lord of the Rings” fanboy that he got to be in “The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug” for a few seconds.

7.  Jeff Bezos was a Starfleet Official in “Star Trek Beyond”.

8.  Will Ferrell was in the background eating in the restaurant scene in “Impractical Jokers: The Movie”.

9.  Jim Carrey dressed up as his “In Living Color” character fire marshal Bill and was in the background in a scene in “Liar Liar”.

10.  Tim Burton played a corpse in a coffin in “Hoffa”.  Danny Devito was the director and cast Tim after they did “Batman Returns”.
