Adele Dazeem Says John Travolta’s Name Fumble Was the Best Thing That Ever Happened to Her

Idina Menzel, also known as Adele Dazeem, said John Travolta’s mispronunciation of her name at the 2014 “Oscars” was the,  “best thing that ever happened.”

She said when it initially happened it threw her off and made her nervous.  If you remember, she was about to perform “Let It Go”.

“First, I felt really sorry for myself, and then eight seconds the band starts, I was like, ‘Get yourself together, stop worrying that he messed up your name, sing [B-word].'”

Idina added, “It was the greatest thing that ever happened.  He’s written so many nice, apologetic emails, he’s so kind.  To make up for it, he would just fly wherever at this point, he’s so sweet.”
