Daniel Craig said goodbye to the role of James Bond with his last performance in “No Time to Die”, which will hit theaters October 8th.
But one thing Daniel doesn’t want to see when it comes to the next Bond is a woman. But not because he’s a sexist pig.
He says, “There should simply be better parts for women and actors of color. Why should a woman play James Bond when there should be a part just as good as James Bond, but for a woman?”
This pretty much echoes the thoughts of longtime Bond producer Barbara Broccoli. A few years ago she said, “We don’t have to turn male characters into women. Let’s just create more female characters and make the story fit those female characters.”
