David Harbour’s Weight Loss Secret Is So Simple, You’ll Be Surprised You Never Thought of It

David Harbour’s “Stranger Things” character starts the upcoming fourth season in a Russian prison.  So he had to drop some serious pounds to look the part.

And today, he shares the super-secret method he used to lose the weight.  And it’s so simple, you’ll be amazed you’ve never thought of it, “It’s just not eating.”  (???)

He adds, “It’s amazing.  You try to do all these different things, the protein and the this and that, and then you just stop eating and [you’ve] lost weight.”

Obviously he’s being a little jokey here.  And hopefully you don’t take him TOO seriously and starve yourself, because that’s NOT an efficient OR healthy way to lose weight.  But still, yeah, maybe don’t Supersize as much.

For those of you waiting patiently for the return of “Stranger Things”, David says it’ll be worth it.  “It’s the best season.  It’s just such an incredible season, the most epic thing we’ve ever done.  It’s huge.”
