4.  It would take a sloth roughly 6.6 hours to travel a mile.

5.  Even though Stephen King came up with the idea for “The Shining” in a hotel in Colorado, and the 1980 Stanley Kubrick movie was based in Colorado, the exterior shots of the Overlook Hotel in the movie were actually of the historic Timberline Lodge in Oregon below Mt. Hood.
