Ten Deals for National Coffee Day

It’s National Coffee Day, and a bunch of chains have deals.  Here’s a round-up of a few you might want to take advantage of.

1.  Starbucks is giving out free coffee to anyone who shows up with a clean, reusable cup.  It just has to be 20 ounces or less.  You can also sign up online to get a free seven-ounce, sample-size bag of Starbucks coffee in the mail.  (The reusable cup deal is at “participating locations,” but that’s usually most of them.)

2.  Dunkin’ Perks members can get a free medium coffee with any purchase.

3.  7-Eleven is also giving rewards members a free coffee with any purchase, and you can choose any size you want.

4.   McDonald’s said it wouldn’t have a dedicated Coffee Day offer but does have 99-cent hot or iced coffee through the end of the year on its app.

5.  Sonic Drive-In is offering half off Mocha Crunch Blast with a deal in the Sonic Drive-In app.

6.  Barnes & Noble: Get a free hot or iced tall coffee Wednesday with the purchase of any item from the “bake case” at store cafes.

7.  Maverik – Adventure’s First Stop: All loyalty members who use their Adventure Club or Nitro cards can get any size coffee for $1 Wednesday.

8. Wendy’s: For a limited time, get $2 off any breakfast combo, which includes a breakfast sandwich, side of potatoes and a drink with an offer on the chain’s app.

9. Dutch Bros Coffee: The chain is giving free “Dutch for a Year” to 100 winners. Beginning Wednesday, customers who download and use the Dutch Bros app will have a chance to win.

10. Panera is giving parents and caregivers UNLIMITED free coffee today.  Just let them know, and they won’t charge you.

(If that’s not enough deals, “USA Today” posted a list with even more.)
