A new movie called “Tender Bar” brought together two Batmen, with Ben Affleck acting and George Clooney directing. At the premiere, they both took a moment to discuss playing the character.
Ben said being Batman again for “The Flash” was really fun, especially since his prior experiences had been difficult. “I had a great time. I’m probably under some gag order that I’m not even aware that I probably just violated and I’m now going to be sued.”
George, on the other hand, said he was never asked to play Batman for “The Flash”. He joked that, “when you destroy a franchise the way I did, usually they kind of look the other way.”
In fact, he won’t even let his wife watch “Batman and Robin”. “There are certain films I just go, ‘I want my wife to have some respect for me.'”
