Charlie Sheen no longer has to pay Denise Richards child support for their daughters, 17-year-old Sami and 16-year-old Lola.  But he may have used some shady tactics to get his way on that.

A so-called “insider” claims that Charlie kept pushing back the court date, then wouldn’t tell her when it was.

When it finally came up, Denise was working out of state and couldn’t have been there anyway.  Supposedly, Charlie maneuvered that on purpose.

The “insider” also claims Charlie hasn’t paid child support in FOUR YEARS, so he owes Denise big time.

Or, as Charlie would call it . . . WINNING.
