Five Random Facts for Friday

Here are some random facts for you.

1.  September 16th is the most common birthday, and the month of September has 10 of the most common birthdays of the entire year.

2.  The thing about people committing suicide around the holidays is a myth.  According to the CDC, suicides are actually LOWER in December than any other time of the year.

3.  Female senators weren’t allowed to wear pants on the Senate floor until 1993.  There are currently 24 women in the Senate.

4.  People with blue eyes are more likely to be alcoholics than people with any other eye color.

5.  The last state to change its capital was Oklahoma, which switched its capital city from Guthrie to Oklahoma City in 1910.
