Here are some random facts for you.

1.  The sweet potato is one of the most valuable crops in the world.  It provides more nutrients per farmed acre than any other staple.

2.  James Cameron was hired to write a “Spider-Man” film in the early ’90s. And if it had been made, Leonardo DiCaprio was set to play Spider-Man and Arnold Schwarzenegger would’ve been Doctor Octopus.

5.  Sodium citrate is the chemical that makes nacho cheese smooth.  And it’s made out of four elements: sodium, carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, whose chemical symbols spell out NaCHO.
